According to the Dharma Sindhu scripture, any prayer performed on the correct day results in total immersion into Devotion. It is the time period when nature performs miraculous deeds for the benefit of the universe and boundless compassion flows more freely than usual at this time. The Siddhas or Saints work harder than usual in elevating souls thus making spiritual progress a lot easier than usual.
The Saints knew how important these times are and have imparted that knowledge to mankind. The significant celestial events or miracles that occur during these times carry important lessons in evolution of Human consciousness. The energy that is associated with this event is far reaching and life changing. One can gain positive energy directly on these correct days and times.
In addition to this , we come to a part called “sankalp” during the performance of rites and rituals where the priest relates the relevant event based on the movement of the cosmos. Astrologically it must be accurate and correct for the invocation of the presiding deity on that auspicious occasion.
